View over the Central Cordillera, or Mountain Provinces, of northern Luzon in the Philippines. The viewpoint is located within Camp John Hay, a former US army recreation base, which was handed back to the Philippines in 1991. Camp John Hay is now run as a resort and recreation centre in the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio City.
